With us, no off-the-shelf training. Each client, each audience deserves our full attention and the constant adaptation of content, tools and methods.
All our programs are tailor-made, co-constructed with the HR team and fully personalized. Our management and an educational consultant support you and work with our consultant-trainers to design the processes, choose the appropriate tools and ensure the consistency of the systems and the achievement of educational objectives and means.
The implementation time for our training courses is on average 3 to 4 weeks.
In terms of teaching, the trainers rely on the “head-heart-body” method.
The success of our training is based on a strong principle: focusing on action (body) from the very first hour.
The average rating given to our speakers is 4.9/5 and the rate of achievement of objectives is 91%. Finally, 93% of participants declare having acquired new skills thanks to our training. (Statistics updated March 2024)
Rates
Prices from 1200 euros excluding tax per day of educational engineering and 1800 euros excluding tax per day of animation,
depending on the volume and methods of the skills development action. (Prices as of January 1, 2024)
managerial careers
To support your managers in their skills development, we co-create with you and in partnership with our network of Schools and Certification Organizations skills development courses intended for your managers and your talents.
These courses are long-term (9 to 18 months) and alternate training based in particular on our three areas of expertise (balance/communication/performance) with workshops, coaching sessions and actions and work specific to each organization.
The implementation period is on average 3 months for the construction of the tailor-made course and the educational engineering phase.
On request, our skills development courses can be certified and thus result in the award of a diploma.

Public figures, presidents, managers, dedicated teams: Les pieds sur terre coaching is based on a completely personalized, individual or collective journey.
We build the program based on cross-interviews (with HR and an informal meeting with the person concerned).
Ambition: to support you in pursuing and achieving your own goals by capitalizing on your natural assets and your energy. We offer you the opportunity to work, in complete confidentiality, in our dedicated premises on Rue du Faubourg St Honoré, in Paris.
