All our training courses are subject to a triple assessment:

• Before to gather the needs of sponsors, help participants position themselves and place them in a positive dynamic (preparation in advance)
• during with assessments, quizzes and feedback from trainers and participants to enable the trainee to position themselves and measure their progress 
• After through a hot assessment with the participants (digital evaluation questionnaire) then cold with our HR partners (qualitative debriefing).

In terms of teaching, the trainers rely on the head-heart-body method.
They use the method in each of the training sequences, with:

• concepts and practical keys to better understand (head)
• times of sharing between participants and with the trainer to learn through the other (heart)
• systematic passages to action to anchor acquired knowledge and favor learning through experience (body)

The success of our training is based on a strong principle: focusing on action (body) from the very first hour.. 

In consultation with the sponsors, we systematically invite participants to get involved and take action from the start of the training and once the framework has been set. Through a scenario, a role play or a practical exercise that allows them to experience the situation, to better position themselves and make them the actors of their transformation.

depending on the volume and methods of the skills development action.

On a case-by-case basis, we naturally adapt our training actions by taking into account different personalities, individual differences and people with disabilities (PSH) to allow accessibility for all.
